Medic Organzing Meeting

When: August 10th, 12:00 noon
Where: Hosmer Library, 247 E. 36th St., Minneapolis

Now that more folks are coming into town, we want to sit down, see each other face-to-face, and have a longer discussion on the logistics of providing medical care at the RNC. We’ll hash out what exactly what ground has already been covered (and by who), what tasks still need to be completed, what our numbers are going to be, and all sorts of related topics.

12:00 - 1:00 PM Food and Mixer - Bring a dish to pass and drinks to share and if you like, a game to play.

1:00 - 4:30 Business Meeting - Those organizing in the Twin Cities are invited to spend some time 'getting on the same page' to make the RNC a success.

Everyone is welcome - we encourage folks to come early for the mixer and stay after if you plan to help organize for the next three weeks.
